Langmuir Systems will ship either a refurbished or brand new replacement item within 5 business days of receiving the defective item.Īll products sold directly by Langmuir Systems are eligible for return and refund. The Buyer is responsible for handling and packaging. Langmuir Systems will supply a shipping label to cover the expense of the return shipment. If a damaged or defective item is covered by the warranty, Langmuir Systems reserves the right to request that the defective item be shipped back before supplying a replacement.

Items that meet the following conditions will be replaced free of charge: Langmuir Systems guarantees the goods received to be defect free for a period of 12 months for mechanical hardware and 6 months for electronics.
